We started sourcing this white vein variety due to the overwhelming popularity of our Red Maeng Da products, and it has quickly become another bestseller. Maeng Da means “Pimp Grade,” and this product definitely lives up to that name. Native to Thailand, these leaves are harvested before they’ve been exposed to much sun and when their veins are still white, giving them a very preferable alkaloid profile.

Kratom trees have grown for millennia in the hot, humid climates of Southeast Asia, especially around the islands of Indonesia, and have been consumed in leaf or leave form by native people there for centuries.
